I’ve been living here for a year. It's a brand new Beautiful community in Long Island, NY with very friendly and helpful management. Nice play area and swimming pool. High tech gym and gorgeous clubhouse. Apartments are so spacious and have highly advance architecture. Love my apartment and the community.

Its a beautiful apartment but way to pricey in my opinion for that specific location too, No way! They should consider lowering it.

This is a beautiful place to live but I don’t think it’s for young adults. Fast cars and the lifestyle of a young adult may stick out like a sore thumb. I moved my son in and out before his lease was even up. I paid approximately $3k for a one bedroom including the utilities each month for five months into a 12 month lease. Also this is a non-smoking community. In your apartment, on the grounds, your guest … no smoking allowed whatsoever unless you are a staff member. They smoke freely and may even reek of smoke while assisting you but those who are paying …. No smoking allowed. *** I’m not a smoker, but some relatives are and they couldn’t even go in their car to smoke. Other than this, very nice place to live and close to all. Must make at least $90k/year to qualify for housing.
