This store was slammed at the time we went (around 7pm). The drive-thru was backed up, and customers were coming inside to place orders. The ordering process was really slow, so the inside line backed up a bit as well. I think we waited in line behind maybe 3 people for over ten minutes. That being said, our order was accurate, and the staff were friendly. The good was average what you would expect from fast food. The dining area wasn't exactly clean, but it wasn't overly dirty either. We did have to wipe down our own table with napkins before we used it. Maybe they were too short-staffed to cover cleaning the tables and just focused on keeping the drive-thru line going. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Return trips: long drive thru lines, long waits in store (if lobby is even open), really frustrating experience.

Waited 30 min during curbside pickup just for me to go inside and see the receipt on the counter. But they were too busy to get into it. What’s the point of the app if you have to go inside and remind them?

It saddens me deeply saddens me to only give my favorite hamburger place only one star. I've always liked Wendy's better than McDonald's Jack in the box Burger King and whatever other fast food hamburger shop around I've always loved Wendy's more they make it your way but apparently not always I have a problem with mayonnaise and so I always ask for my sandwich to be no mayonnaise and no ketchup just mustard but the fries were broken and refried and cold and and burnt the hamburger had so much mayonnaise on it I had to throw it in the trash I can't eat mayonnaise I told him that when I got the bag I confirmed with them that they did it that way no mayonnaise and they said yes no mayonnaise I asked for light ice but the glass was full of ice the nuggets were as horrible as the fries they were refried I don't know how many times and cold It saddens me deeply

No one does it, like Wendy’s does it. This is a wonderful restaurant in the middle of a very busy area of Otay Ranch. Every time I have stopped in the staff has been super helpful and friendly. The food is always well prepared and we’ve never had any issues with our orders. It’s obvious that the restaurant is very well-managed and the staff actually likes working there. Definitely recommend this Wendy’s restaurant anyone passing through.

I know that having an order improperly filled can be upsetting. But I have found that mistakes are found in all manners of public services. I try to get it resolved and move on. So far though I have not had a single mistake at Wendy's. Life throws many challenges at us. Let the minor ones go. Sorry for your mishap. You should try your call today and let them know. They may offer an apology and a discount on your next order.
Usually busy at night, I'm a door dash and Postmates driver, once I reach the window at the drive thru it's pretty quick service.
