Great place for people of all fitness levels. My wife loves it. I enjoyed my first class. Great for people who are looking to be motivated when working out. Coach Michelle was fun and has a great personality. You can tell that members and staff are like family. Staff is very caring and personal.

Moved to SD a little less than a year ago and tried out a few gyms around my neighborhood. Tried out a few free classes at different places and they just weren't for me. When I walked into OTF for my first free class, EVERYONE was so welcoming! Front desk staff, members in the lobby and the Coaches made me feel very comfortable. I walked out with the unlimited membership and I haven't looked back since. This place is so much fun and the workouts are GREAT! Also, you will build friendships while you're here. You Won't regret it!

I have been at OTF Eastlake for almost a year and a half and have never had a bad experience. All of the coaches are extremely motivating and helpful throughout every workout. These coaches have and continue to help me reach goals that I never thought I would be capable of. Studio Manager Leah, as well as all of the staff are super friendly and helpful.

OTF is a must try, you will get hooked. I have been here at this studio since it opened. They have such a great staff, the studio is big and clean, the coaches are like family. For those of you who don't know what orange theory is, it's a scheduled workout for everyone, no matter where you are in your fitness journey. It's easy, download the app, sign up for a class that works for you and show up. The rest is easy, you just listen to what the workout is that day from the coach and workout to fun music that makes you want to go to the club later that night. I have made so many good friends from this gym, and have met so many wonderful people. I have never been so excited to go workout before. It's truly a blessing to have a place like this. If you’ve already been doing Orangetheory and become pregnant, check with your doctor first. Our heart rate monitoring is a perfect way to keep an eye on your intensity as you progress through your pregnancy. If you are a few months into your pregnancy and haven’t been doing any sort of fitness training, wait until after you have your baby and we can help get you back into shape!
Absolutely. Our coaches are trained to provide options for each exercise on the floor, in addition to offering a low-impact bike and strider alternative in place of the treadmill for lower body injuries or orthopedic restrictions.
Of course. Orangetheory is geared toward ALL levels of fitness and everyone is free and encouraged to go at their own pace. We recommend trying a free introductory workout, then discussing any thoughts or questions you may have regarding your fitness goals, with your coach.
Splat Points indicate minutes spent in the orange and red zones. Aim for 12 or more Splat Points per class.
Orangetheory is 5 Zone heart rate based interval training using specifically designed and timed interval training blocks. During a workout, members focus on Zones 3, 4 and 5. The workouts are designed to produce 12 minutes or more in Zones 4 & 5 combined (to achieve the after burn) during the treadmill training portion of the workout.
We’ll ask that you arrive no more than 15 minutes before workout and avoid congregating in the lobby.

Our workout room has a variety of equipment including treadmills (bikes and striders as alternatives), WaterRowers, and floor equipment including dumbbells, benches, TRX suspension trainers, medicine balls, BOSU trainers and AB Dollys.
Orangetheory is a 1-hour, full body workout, focused on training to build endurance, strength and power. We use heart rate-based interval training, which burns more calories post-workout than traditional exercise. When wearing our heart rate monitors, your real-time results are displayed on large screens throughout the studio. Intensity is based on your individual heart rate zones, making the workout effective for all fitness levels. To top it off, our fitness coaches lead the workout to prevent you from overtraining or undertraining.
OTbeat™ is our exclusive heart rate monitoring technology. Members have the unique experience of seeing real-time data during their workout, enabling them to push themselves to new limits. After class, they can then monitor their improvements through emailed results and by using the Orangetheory Fitness app.
