The staff are super friendly and helpful. It was a real pleasure meeting Dr. Tess who is a very warm person, not pushy and very personable - she made me feel very relaxed. The procedure went well, can't say it wasn't painful but I expected that. Dr. Tess did reiterate that she could give me a numbing injection beforehand but I decided not to, next time maybe I will! I had been looking for a local doctor and I think I've found one.

They profusely take into account the customers schedule allowing flexibility in appointments. I am a repeat visitor. I wish they were closer but worth traveling over 3.5 hours to visit. You WILL NOT be DISAPOINTED!
