Nothing but Good Vibes here. Super Friendly and caring. Ive now brought 2 vehicles from here, and will be buy 2 more for us in the next 2 months and currently looking for my son Good Friend. Service is totally Awesome! Parts is a little wait at times but decent pricing and super friendly. I cant recommend Toyota of Chula Vista Enough. Dont go else where and get headaches and Drama. Stephen Sanchez was very helpful and professional in helping me with the service of my car. He promised the car will be done by a certain time and it was done as he estimated. He took the time to explain to me the condition of my car and what the service warranty entails. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. You can even have free cold water. There is one thing that kept me from giving Toyota Chula Vista five stars. A plastic trim has come off from on of the backseat of the car, and I asked Stephen if that could be looked at during the service. Stephen informed me that they are short handed so they couldn't take care of warranty issues at that time. I had to come back on another day and will have to leave the car for a whole day if the part is available. If not, I will have to come back another day because they have to order the part. When I asked Stephen if a loaner car would be available for me to use since I will not have my car for a whole day, he informed me that the best they could do is give me a ride home from the dealership, and I have to find my own transportation on the way back to the dealership. I wish they would have taken care of it with the service already being performed, but Stephen told me that any warranty issues need to go through a master mechanic. They don't have a master mechanic available to take care of the problem then and there. I just couldn't figure out why a master mechanic has to deal with installing a plastic trim on a backseat. It seems a little excessive to me. There needs to be some flexibility in Toyota's rules for warranty issues so that customers don't get inconvenienced.

Masks are required for all guests and staff. We have hand sanitizer all throughout the store. Staff goes through a daily health screening. We have reduced our store capacity to 25%. The customer lounge is open at a limited capacity of 8 guests, with seating safely spaced apart. Additional seating is available in the showroom floor, as well as outdoors. Pens are separated into "clean" and "used" cups, and are sanitized frequently throughout the day. Janitorial staff is on site, cleaning and disinfecting throughout the day.
