I just started going to petsmart in Chula Vista because it's located by where I live. I prefer petsmart over petco because of the services they provide. I've never had a problem and they always treat my fur babys with the utmost care ❤. I was amazed that petsmart has flavored whipped cream in a can for dogs... My dog loves it.. I had to post a picture of the cans... Plus they have hats for 4th of July for my dog aswell. Thank you Petsmart. 🥰😁

This is the only Banfield that had any open appointments. Till mid-May my baby had an ear infection& they got him right in and fix it up and I think he's feeling a little bit better thanks Banfield. I know he makes you work.

The staff are friendly. I took my chihuahua mix to get her first groom, and she is pretty spicy when it comes to people and animals. Lexi took great care of her and those long claws she had. I definitely will come back again. The store is nice and easy to navigate.

Its okay but I feel they could improve in the items they have. I have been there a couple of times and I always end up not finding at least one thing I need. This pet store is the closest one to me but I end up driving further when I can't find everything. The one thing I did like is that they had a several affordable dog harnesses. This was the kong with pockets for 34.99 don't forget to price match with online prices sometimes its a couple of bucks cheaper.
