Tomas, Sal, and Raul are great guys they are easy to work with getting parts and they are very knowledgeable. They get very busy in the afternoon so you take chances calling in. You might be on hold for a while. Best time to go is any time after 5:30PM they slow down substantially so getting parts is faster. If they don't have what you're looking for than they are most likely getting it from their convoy store or maybe LA. Still never had to wait more than a day for parts unless it was something coming.out of AZ. Never had any issues with this store all of my experiences have been good.
