Showed up at Chula Vista Ford to pick up my long-awaited Bronco, only to be received by the Sales and General Manager telling me that my now $46K MSRP was listed at $59.5 due to their added dealer markup and "accessories" that go on EVERY vehicle they sell. Can't believe that after placing the order and a deposit on January 7, 2021, they had the gall to pull this one, which again, says a lot about the kind of operation they are running. They essentially said that they were doing me a "favor" by giving me a special price since these trucks are going for $15k and over. After having to deal with the belligerent General Sales Manager, Kamram Syed, I walked out of the worst experience of customer service anyone could ever have. If Ford (which by the way Corporate has been advised of this) is allowing practices such as these to happen under their nose, it says a lot about their brand.

I took my car to Ford Chula Vista for a Safety Recall 15S16 (Door latches can break preventing the door from latching). They replaced all four door latches on my Ford Fiesta as per Ford instructions. This is a list of the things they damaged when doing this work: - Broken LF door trim panel - Broken RF door trim panel - Missing screw cap from RF door panel - Missing screw from RF door panel - Failed to initialize window door motor as per service manual, leaving the one-push function not working - Neglected to connect the RF door latch cable to the door handle, rendering door unable to open I didn't trust them to lay their hands on my vehicle again, so I fixed everything myself following the service manual. Of course I am still left with broken panels and missing screw cap but at least I have avoided further damage by not going back.

They do not answer you because they give bad service. And they vanden cars with many problems as it happened to me. With in ford escape. What a fraud they made me financed with capital one. And the 2014 ford escape with almost 75,000 miles I Costco 24,000 dlls. First they have you well and then two send for a tube. The manager Mr. Gomez does not know how to stir or listen. But karma is karma. I keep putting messages so that they do not buy in ford main st in chula vista.
They will not answer you as they are already very liars, they have no word. But we are to blame for buying with people who do not know how to attend or give good service, and sell cars with many problems. Look carefully, do not buy from Ford, I am not going to tire of giving my testimony. So that other people did not have the problems that I have with the car that I buy and that they never really solved for me, Mr. Gomez.
I don't know, I'm just a customer
Call the dealer bro.
Depends on year and mileage of vehicle. Best thing to do is do an online search for extended warranties based on year make and model of your vehicle and current mileage
5000 miles
