Our sales person was Antonio Castellanos, and he made everything go quite easily. I had emailed about a half hour before closing on a Friday night to see if a vehicle was still available. Antonio had called me and told me about the vehicle, and I told him that if the vehicle looked as nice as the pictures and everything checked out we wanted to drive it home the next day. There was no weird haggling with price. We got the price up front. It took longer to drive there and back home with our new used car, that's how seamless everything went. Driving home 89 miles in our adorable convertible was a blast and we're all having fun driving it. Thank you Antonio and the team at Thousand Oaks Lexus.

I had been in the market for a while and had many cars on my radar. I finally had found a car that I did not expect to find while on my vacation in LA. I inquired about it and got a response very quickly. I was helped by Daniel Mix. He was very friendly, informative and helpful. He kept in contact with me throughout the day and even FaceTimed me so that I can see the car since I was almost 2 hours away. Although it took a while to get all the paperwork done, Daniel made the process very easy and stood by his words on getting the deal done. Lexus of TO is above the rest when it comes to service, sales and honesty. We drive 170 miles to get our cars serviced at their location as no one comes close to detail than TO Lexus. It's worth noting that we have purchased 8 cars through them over the course of 2 decades. Not all car dealerships are the same, and few fall into the excellent category that Lexus of Thousand Oaks enjoys.
