From the moment I walked in the receptionist greeted me kindly and politely with a professional manner and was able to answer any and all of my questions, even if she wasn’t 100% sure about the answer, she made sure any answer she was giving was the correct one by confirm with her resources. Walking back to get the booster shot area another young woman was calm courteous and compassionate while maintaining an effective pace for procedure. Walking me through each step (this helped majorly as I don’t like needles at all) and the actual poke was delivered pain/discomfort free that I barley felt it (I feel everything).

The doctor called me ahead of my appointment to make sure that we both weren’t wasting our time. Because it might have been a heart issue, she wanted to see if I shouldn’t go right to the emergency room. She spent literally 6 minutes with me on the phone asking the perfect questions and then decided I should come in. I was there for an hour and a half. The staff all were wonderful - they asked all the right questions, answered questions, and had great ‘bedside manner’. The Doctor explained every possible thing that it could be, why she thought it wasn’t some of them, and why she thought I should look into others. She was thoughtful and careful. Everyone was great, an they sent me away with everything that I needed to have and know. I wish they were my regular doctors!
