If I could give zero stars I would. Dr Sharma is rude and doesn't take time to listen to you. She seems like she's always in a hurry. No bed side matter or compassion. I would never refer this place to my dogs. She is horrible!!! When I changed primary care doctors, she didn't like it. She sent a letter to all centric Dr's. Sayin I said bad langue, which was not true. My husband did and which, I told him to apologize. We left there thinking it was all OK. That was in December, and i got the letter saying I was band from her office and all that belong to centrix. Mine you it is February and I'm just getting this letter. 2 months after the incident. She's mad cause I changed Dr's.on her, so unprofessional. If there was a problem you should have addressed it that day, not 2 months later. I would like to add should order a mri of my neck and never called me with my results. I had another test done bt UCLA where they literally found a mass inside my nose. She never called to tell me my results, I had to go somewhere else. She did not care , when I changed Dr's she didn't like it so she just didn't call me for my results. The Mads in my nose has to be boosted and she didn't even care to contact us. It's a very dangerous situation. She absolutely said nothing about the mass 2 and half months before I got another mri, where they found it, alot of time was lost in the 2 half months. She is redicilously in competent. She needs to retire.HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE DR.

Dr Patel seems to not care about his patients. My son had a terminal illness and it was hard to even get help for him. He had been a patient their for 10 years. Time to find a caring and compassionate Dr.

It's pretty bad when you have been a patient for 20yrs, they have your history, you tell them you have been vaccinated and tested neg. that day for COVID, and they tell you they aren't seeing any respiratory patients. I thought they were in business to take care of their patients.

I love dr Patel he’s a good caring dr can’t say a lot for anyone else as drs , the reception is very nice and professional and I’m just glad they’re open during this horrible time with Covid-19, they do check your temperature before u go in which is a good thing. All the nurses are great also as of now, people seem to come and go from there anyways I like it and there’s a pharmacy right in there which makes it really convenient also . Also a lab and radiology so I like it there u don’t have to go all over to get things done. Dr Patel is a gem!
