I took my dog for cremation, and with me all staff was very nice. It did took a long time for them to call me, but I understand the vet has to take his time to see the animals. So my experience was good, I liked that they opened on a Sunday so I could take my dog in.

Had a cat seen here for a parasite. We told them up front we thought he had a parasite. Veterinarian still suggested lots of tests that cost hundreds of dollars. Then told us he had a parasite and requested overnight. We paid and left our pet overnight. They told us he would be fine. Then our pet dies about a week later. Our pet was young and only had a parasite according to the vet and they took care of it. I reported to better business bureau. These people are crooks.

Very disappointed with their customer service above all! Went for walk in because it puppy was bitten by a spider and his leg was swollen called ahead and even arrived 30 minutes before we said we'd be there. Waited for 3 hours and watched as other walk ins were seen before us.Our puppy started leaking pus from the leg infection in the carrier. At this point it's dark outside and we are the only ones waiting in the lobby, we ask when we'll be seen since they told us they were getting a room ready over 20 minutes ago and their response was whenever the doctor is done in the back. At that point we left and took our puppy to another hospital today. He was in and out within 2 hours.

Caring, loving staff that treat your pets very kindly and patiently. Pricing for care is very affordable. You will need an appointment for your pet to be seen as they are always busy, which is another sign of a great place.

February is actually their dental month, so make an appointment asap!!
No, I never have sorry.
Yes they do!
It would be best to call and have an appointment. They take you in without an appointment at a higher fee. Diagnosis, xray and treatment plan would more reasonable that way.
It's because they overbook appointments and have only one Veterinarian shuffling around.
I am unsure what you mean by take iguanas. However, they will see and treat most animals, reptiles included.
