Don't move to this complex if noise bothers you or if you hate being hot. Sliding glass door lets outside temperatures in, so it makes my heating/cooling EXTREMELY inefficient and therefore makes the living room in the summertime unliveable (summer of 2021, the living room temp INDOORS peaked at 96°). A.C. units are on the top of the building, so it only cools if the outside temperature is less than 90°. I've had to get a portable unit to achieve comfort in at least one room. Heat literally POURS in through the bathroom vent, and nearly pours in through all other vents (so I have to cover & tape them shut to avoid an extremely high power bill). Broken washer in laundry room still hasn't been fixed after 2months, so now a 30unit complex is sharing only 2 washers. Security camera that faces my garage specifically makes me feel like I'm a criminal. Property manager keeps the riffraff out and the property clean, and him and his wife are the only reasons I still like living here. Wish I could move.
