I was held up in the drive thru for 15m while the car Infront of me had an issue w there order. That individual should have been directed to pull around so myself and 3 other cars could pick up and leave. There is no sense in ordering online for pickup to wait an additional 15m in the drive thru and your food is lookwarm on pickup. C'mon Hut

I've always had excellent, and friendly service here. The quality of the food appears to be improving as of late. The pasta dishes have had more uniformly cooked noodles, with less uncooked bits at the edges and the brownies are the best anywhere.😊
