Its a really nice place. Clean and well kept. Staff is amazing. Stop in and grab a sign up sheet. I don't know the age restrictions.

$28 a month, $158 for 6 months , $302 for 12 months. Senior rate for 55 and over, $24 a month, family rate 3 or more members in same household is $65 a month.
