Update. I thought the manager was fair. My neighbor turns on his sprinkler and gets my van all wet. I asked for advice And was told to leave my neighbor a note. I asked nicely if he can lower or move his sprinkler a little bit. They took it to the manager and she called me as asked for me to move my van. I am on my lot and see no need to move my vehicle. I am not at the edge either. I added a photo. Let me know if I am being unreasonable. I have lived here a few years and have gone through a few community managers. The last one was a real dingbat. Didn't know anything. The manager now, Arabella, is a good manager. She follows the rules and she does make decisions fairly. The community itself is one of the best ones here in the Thornton area.

Great place to live except for the trucks that park right next to the entrance on pecos and block half the road coming in it seems they are always there and constantly hindering the flow of traffic

I've lived here my whole life and I can definitely tell you things use to be better, me and my family can't even go swimming without being discriminated by the life guards, we've watched them tell us its full and then let a 8 person family go in right after me and sister tried going. And honestly I feel the only solution is to sue the lifeguards for racial profiling and discrimination since the owners of the neighborhood seem to accept this type of behavior.
