I found most of the items on my list and plenty of new ideas. The staff was very helpful when I needed help finding an item and the prices were very competitive.

I returned some yarn today that I did not need. I had the receipt and the amount paid. I was told that even though I had my receipt the new policy is to only give back what it was on sale for. I told the clerk that was stealing from the customer. She agreed but said she had no choice. So I will not buy at Michael’s anymore. If they cannot honor the real price the customer pays that’s pretty sad. Do not steal from your customers. Not right on any level.

This is a great store. It is located near the freeway. The store is clean and well organized with a large variety of products. And the prices are great. This is a wonderful place to go for your crafting needs.

You know when you need anything crafty you go here to look around, it's this one or hobby lobby but it's not about them right now! Anyway, Michaels is always clean, always bright, and it always has enough options for what you're looking for. Employees are very polite and helpful and patient. Thank you! No, skull molds but they have a skull shape cookie cutter and small candy skulls for cupcakes.
Possibly home depot. I don't work for or at Michael's but if the product doesn't come with them your best bet is taking the product to home depot and they can help you.
Personally I have not seen Silk screen in a Michaels store.
