I brought in a $30 dollar book to sell which I didn’t expect that amount back but instead they gave me a $4.50 store credit which I was only allowed to use half of the store credit. Their reasoning was that I could use the other half on another day. When I got to the counter to use the credit on a $6 dollar book, I still had to pay them $2. I know I could have gotten more for the book on Amazon but I just didn’t want to ask for my book back and just left. I will never go back to sell or buy books from them.

Hello, As a staff, we check temperatures, regularly wash and/or sanitize our hands, maintain safe distancing, and clean and sanitize all work areas regularly. We ask our customers to use our touchless sanitizer when they arrive (they are also welcome to use it as they leave), we limit customer capacity and length of time in the store, and we request all items that are handled but ultimately decided against be returned to a cart where they can be cleaned before being returned to the shelf.
