Wonderful experience, and I am not going back to a regular pharmacy! My dermatology recommended Bev Hills Apothecary, and they did not disappoint. Texted the #, my derm called my script in, and it arrived 3 days later in the mail. Simple, easy, time-saving, and priced fairly and competitively!

Very pleasant to deal with, but collectively somewhat flaky staff. They have methods for contacting them and refilling prescriptions online, but it seems they’re not that reliable. If you’re normally in the area your best bet is to probably stop by and talk to them in person. I’ve found myself multiple times running out of what should be an automatic refill prescription with nary a call or explanation

Normally they are really fast and responsive but lately they don't even bother to pick up the phone. You call in and get transferred to an extension that keeps ringing with no one picking up. Very frustrating.
