I love Fashionphile CA . My transactions with them always flawless and fast ! Only one thing that was better before than today : the price ! The price is little too high for resale market, so i have tO wait until the bag going on sale :-) — xoxo from OR !

I have made multiple purchases from Fashionphile even though their prices are higher than the competitors. I have contacted them on 3 occasions. 2 out of the 3 were ignored and I never received a response. In the 3rd occasion, it took them 3 days to respond with an abrupt canned answer of sorry can't help you. I will never shop from them again. Considering the price point you would except polite, timely customer service. Not recommended.

I have bought Chanel and Louis Vuitton items from Fashionphile, and have had a perfect experience. Every item I have received was better than described. I paid way less than Yoogi's Closet or Realreal. There was one item I had been waiting for the Chanel Boutique to get, but it was never available. I called Chanel's customer service to see of they could locate it and was told I should wait to get the "boutique experience" at my nearest boutique. Well, it came up on Fashionphile! I bought it and took it to be authenticated. No problems...every item I have bought from Fashionphile has been verified as authentic from an independent authentication service. So much better than waiting and the item is absolutely flawless! Also, Fashionphile sends wonderful dustbags... thick cotton, not some weird see-through weave. I highly recommend Fashionphile!

I experienced Fashionphile from the point of view of a seller. I called for about 3-4 weeks leaving voicemails and finally got a response. I made an appointment to go in and have my bags assessed. I was shocked to learn that turnaround is quick. My bags were looked over and I received a check immediately. I declined to sell my Louboutins since they were giving me $40. They do lowball a lot but it's the nature of the beast. A great experience overall once I finally got an appointment. Whatever pricing they say they give you on their website for a particular bag- EXPECT WAY LESS. It's a pretty cutthroat business the business of 'things.' Makes you rethink the whole buying from a new perspective- don't get owned. Best of luck!

Although walk-ins are always welcome, we want to ensure that you receive the level of service you deserve and recommend making an appointment. Selling appointments are based on how many items you are selling. On average, each item takes approximately 10 minutes to assess and authenticate and sellers like you walk out with same day pay. Some items, including Hermés Birkin and Kelly bags, as well as fine jewelry and watches may take a little longer to process and/or require additional review in our Carlsbad location. Our goal is to give you the most accurate and competitive offer during your appointment

We are PPE'd and ready to have you! FASHIONPHILE is currently appointment-based in order to maintain how many people are in the Selling Studio at once. This is to ensure we are practicing safe self-distancing with both clients and employees. Clients and employees are required to wear a face-covering for the duration of the time they are in the building. All high touch surfaces are sanitized throughout the day.

Yes, you can bring your quoted item(s) to either a Fashionphile Showroom or Selling Studio inside select Neiman Marcus locations. Note that this option will only be visible and available for seller within 100 miles of participating locations. Simply select drop-off and print your shipping list with the items you're dropping off. Payment is issued once the item(s) are received back at FASHIONPHILE and authenticated.
