Red Run Park offers so much! Concerts, kiddie train, several playgrounds, small stream and a lake to fish. Plenty of picnic tables, a few covered. Restroom onsite. 9-11 memorial that tells the history. Parking in several areas of the park. The park is huge! Lots of trees. Take bug spray, insects would not leave me alone.

Relaxing and meeting new people and fishing is fun at this park even if you don’t catch a fish . You can have have a picnic at a pavilion or where the Park grill may be at. Birthday Parties, and other Events held at Red Run Park . This park have where children can play and swing I’ve seen just about all ages that can swing enjoying themselves.

I have not seen a date as of now on the website...but someone may have more information than me...hope you find your answer, but he can try smithsburg lions park...its quiet for a grandchild
So there is a form on the actual website specifically for renting the pavilions ranging from $35-55 a day(approx.) based on seating numbers.
The park is officially closed at sunset. And i am not sure night fishing is allowed anywhere in PA.
I was the one who asked the question but I found out the answer from a local. There is no time frame. Its 24hr fishing.
