Hats off to Taylor who quarterbacks the drive-thru in the mornings!! Kind, well-spoken and efficient she does an outstanding job taking all our drive-thru orders!! Give her a big big raise cause she is the best!!

Went to drive through (2 lane). Order taker says I'll be with you in a min. I see an order being taken display on our screen but noone is in the other lane. Then someone pulls into the lane next to us and place their order. Order taker comes on again...one min...so I continue to sit only been about 3 minutes. Another person pulls in the lane beside me and their order is taken. Person behind me moves to other lane and I reverse out and go in. Sadly, as with a lot of places VERY LIMITED STAFF working, so we place our order via the kiosk. Results were didn't have 2 things (soda or flurry) we ordered, nice staff, received wrong pies, and not sure I'd visit that store soon.

By far the WORST mcdonalds in the area. we always wait 30+ minutes for curbside and end up having to call inside to remind them of our order. I've never ONCE had an order completely right (and we get no modifications. Pies are always different from what we ordered, which I would understand if notice was given beforehand, or even at all. Double hamburgers are almost always given as singles. the list goes on). and am always greeted with an attitude and now recently we've been getting questioned at curbside whether or not the order is actually ours, when you physically have to put in the number you're parked at. Weed out your employees better or get better management.

So one speaker would take 5 orders to the reverse side who would take 1. For 28 minutes I waited in line to get my food. I understand waiting and patience but this is fast food? Other the other hand the customer service was good. If the staff is not in then downsize to limited menus to keep things moving faster. Just a suggestion.
