So I have tried to give this location a chance to redeem itself. They have finally put the last nail in the coffin. I ordered pizza and crazy bread. I picked it up and when I opened up my food at home, I was disappointed again. The pizza was not cut all the way through and the slices were 3 different sizes. The crazy bread dough was a mystery. It was flat, rubbery and tasted horrible. I called the store and was asked what do you want me to do, write your name down? This place needs better management during the night shift. I will not be returning or suggesting to others.

I have been here quite a few times at the Waynesboro Pa Store but this was the 2nd time wait time was absurd. The young guy that took our order in the drive thru put another workers name in and told us 10/15 mins for 2 orders of wings, 2 mediums and 1. 2 litter. We were told after sitting there for 25 mins to park and they would bring our order out. As we sat there 15/20 more mins we counted 5 cars went through the drive thru pretty quickly it seemed. The actual worker that was falsely put on the ticket came out and seemed confused as I told him what I ordered. The brown haired young guy put 2 mediums 2 2 litters 1 small soda and 1 order of wings. He asked me who rang your order up..I said David he said that's my name. He looked confused. We left upset and most likely will not return. The real David did an excellent job. He clearly cared about the customers and their orders. The positive side to this is The Pizza was delicious..

Wish I could give a review on the food, stood up front for 5 min while employees were in the back and no one walked up front. I tried getting their attention but to no avail…. Walked out. Please in the future, try to have someone watching the front in order to take customers orders

Pizza was cooked unevenly. Couldn't even cut in a straight line. Price was good.
