Wonderfully personable staff. Very helpful and accomodating. I had an issue with a jar of bay leaves, so I called to discuss it with them. My concern was more for proper care of the trees, rather than losing money on an unusable product. Mr. John Jones answered the phone (not an automated machine), and took my call. He was very kind and patient while I explained the problem, which he said he understood. His resolution was to ship out a replacement jar. It was such an absolute pleasure to deal with him directly, and not have to go through several different people. I will definitely be looking for items from this company when shopping, from now on, since I know firsthand that they truly care about their customers AND putting out high quality products. I am one VERY satisfied customer!
