The T-Mobile store in Pacoima is amazing! Everyone that works there is very helpful and welcoming especially the store managers Val & Michael. They really go above and beyond to make their customers happy before walking out their store. Highly recommend going to this location instead of others.

DO NOT BOTHER COMING TO THIS STORE. BELIEVE THIS AND ALL OTHER NEGATIVE REVIEWS. I TRIED TO GIVE THEM A CHANCE, BUT WAS MET WITH SUCH TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I WILL BE TAKING MY BUSINESS AND THAT OF MY 7+ PHONE LINE T-MOBILE FAMILY PLAN TO ANOTHER SERVICE/COMPANY. [Full explanation below] If I could rate this Pacoima/Van Nuys Blvd. location 0 stars, then I would. I mince no words when I say that Kenneth and the entire staff present when I visited were completely and utterly useless, unhelpful, and incompetent. I went in simply wanting to inquire about the eligibility of my phone line to receive 5G home internet coverage at the address I had just moved to from out of state, because I had received conflicting answers from the T-Mobile website vs. their 3rd party representative who had given me a call after my online inquiry. However, after taking my id and phone number, Kenneth refused to even look up my account details, claiming that I was not an authorized user on the account, and that the authorized user had to be physically present for him to look anything up. The problem is that the person on my family account whom Kenneth claimed was the only authorized user happens to live over a thousand miles away (again, as I already stated, I had just moved to CA from out of state). Furthermore, even after I explained that I was literally the person who opened the family account in question over 5 years ago, so he must have some way to help me get an answer, Kenneth refused to do anything. It was as if Kenneth believed his job was to do nothing at all to help the customer. And when I asked for any alternative solutions for me to get an answer, Kenneth just repeated that the authorized user that he named had to be physically present. He didn't even bother asking the other employees (who were just standing around doing nothing since I was the only customer in the store at the time), if they had any solutions, nor did any of them care to get involved when they witnessed Kenneth refuse to help me. It was only once I bluntly asked if his recommendation was that I pursue home internet service from another company, that Kenneth bothered uselessly suggesting calling customer support (for which he couldn't even give me the phone number to contact). So after this experience, I guess I will not only be looking for a different company to provide me with home internet service, but I will also be moving my family plan of 7+ phone lines to really any other company - AT&T, Verizon, or Xfinity, I honestly don't care seeing as this T-Mobile store has set the bar for customer service about as low as humanly possible, that I have no doubt any other company will be able to provide better service and assistance. Good riddance T-Mobile.
