I Had an amazing experience with Roger's toyota of hermiston. Glenn the GM , my sales Rep Erica and the entire Rogers team for that matter have helped me out immensely. when I was having issues with a vehicle I'd purchased they went above and beyond for almost a month to help me and even went as far as helping me get much better vehicle. All said and done they put in allot of time, effort and patience to help me. They are a 5 star service and the best dealership I've ever done business with no complications no stress and a sincere want to make the customer happy they're awesome. I'm very happy with the Roger's team I fully recommend anyone to stop by and see how they can help you.

By far the best car deal we have ever experienced. We currently live about 4 hours away from the dealership and saw the car we were interested in. Gave them a call and let them know what we were willing to pay and we were able to agree on numbers over the phone. Of course we were slightly worried the car may not be as advertised or the numbers might change when we got there but we were beyond impressed with the service and condition of the vehicle. They had all of the documents drafted and ready to. We were able to sign and hit the road within 20 minutes. All in all the best experience purchasing a car ever. Great experience today. After hours on the phone trying to locate a hybrid Highlander that wasn’t through the roof we found this one.. coming home from out of state- didn’t have the title in hand. Sales guy Chris Klein was fantastic.. every car salesman has their things; but he’s probably one of the most straight forward ones we’ve dealt with. We were in and out in two hours. Incredible compared to most other places. 5 hours from home and I’d still return.

Roger's Toyota is phenomenal...working collaboratively, in tandem, as a team, they accomplished what the larger dealership in the Portland Metro area could not and gave me a much better deal. From my Salesman; Dexter, who as a young person, had a broad knowledge of Toyota vehicles from makes and models to options available and pros and cons to each. He was kind, able to answer all my questions, was not pushy or over-bearing. He gave me all the options along with the freedom and space to be able to make a well-informed decision…to the Sales Manager; Shaun, who was able to locate and facilitate the expedient delivery of my vehicle in less than 2 days…to the Finance Manager; Caressa, who collected all of my information via an online application portal and had paperwork ready when I arrived to take possession of my vehicle. She also was very knowledgeable and explained each facet of financing without pressure. She gave me the knowledge and freedom to pick and choose the options and/or accessories to fit my personality and my budget. This team, working collaboratively, went out of their way to get me the car of my dreams in less than 3 days. Unless you’ve been searching to purchase a new car in this Pandemic, you may not fully appreciate the gravity of this statement or the miracle to which I speak. This was a wonderful, wonderful experience and I would whole heartedly recommend them to anyone and everyone!!! People form Metro areas should drive out to Eastern Oregon and purchase their next vehicle; New or used, from Roger's Toyota. Staff are extremely kind and want to see you recognize your dream.
