Spoke with Carlos in July 2021 to order a Tesla. He advised me not to fill out the financing portion of the application, which apparently was required to complete submission. Tesla didn't reach out about this, and I didn't find out until June of 2022. I have now been waiting for 12 months, and have another 4 months until delivery, due to Carlos' (and this location's) negligence. Avoid them, go somewhere competent.

I usually do not post any review but this place....sigh..Today was third time visiting here to fix the same defect parts on the car along with many other problems that they failed to manage last time. Wind noise is at the same level on the front passenger side even after replacing the roof glass(technician said he test drove the car but I doubt he did), door panel part that supposed to be replaced was defected again for second time so they could not replace it. According to the repair invoice, passenger side A pillar(adjusted) and B pillar(replaced) have been taken care of but none of the statement were true, both locations were exactly the same as the time that i dropped off the car few days ago. The technician tried to repair the B pillar after i showed him the problem, I have asked the crew why did you guys lie about replacing the part when you guys did not even touch it, they were saying they adjusted it and just put it in a invoice as replaced it because they do not have code for it or somwthing??? Tech ended up applying some chemical(probably the glue) that failed to fix the problem and made me sick driving back to work, the part is still not sitting properly, its just hanging. Oh l, last of all, they scratched the plastic back panel of the driver seat and saying that they did not caused it because they never touched the driver side part of the body when they actually repaired the driver side rear door for misalignment. Irresponsible, untruthful, poor quality of repair, and wasted hours of my time.

Update 4/12/2022 Seems they have gotten their act together. Last service appointment went very well with a quick turnaround and great communication. Well done -- much better than my last visit! ------------------------------------------------------------ Terrible. They don't return calls or follow up on anything. I have been waiting over a month and a half to get my front bumper replaced. Made multiple trips to the service center just to speak to a real person. I'm still waiting on the repairs! I expected better service. It seems like Tesla is too busy investing all it's cash in bitcoin and not it's service centers.

I would assume you would have to go to Tesla website or contact the dealership for direction in finding what you need.
Nothing from third party vendors. Only like rims you buy from Tesla and are ordered there.
