Do not waste your time going to this store that is obviously going out of business anyways. I went in tto buy a two battery vape that I could use my tank with and they had none. Then I tried to just buy a disposable vape but the sad man’s credit card machine was broken and he could not make change for my $100 bill. All he had was a measly $55 in the register. I then offered to buy $45 worth of merchandise and he still refused because he wouldn’t have change for others. If $55 is the only money your store has that day I would have taken the sale. Honestly I felt bad for the man and his dying business. He was extremely rude. The only reason I went here instead of my regular spot is because it was on my way to work. So moral of the story is… just stick to your regular spot.

Josh was super helpful and had a very cool attitude. He was very patient with me because I wasn’t sure what I wanted. I chose a snow wolf kit which was one of the many great selections available at this shop. The store was really laid back, spacious and clean. It was an overall excellent experience for me, so I’ll be sure to go here on my next vape juice pick up. I would highly recommend checking this place out.

Man they actually used to be a great place. I used to get my e-juice cause they had good flavors, but now this place sucks. I bought an ego battery from some girl that was hell of rude. Then when I came in to return it cause it didn't work the guy said they didn't have any to come back Monday. A little annoyed I was fine with it. So I came in Monday and the guy said he won't exchange it cause I don't have a cartridge with me to prove it doesn't work. It will still turn on with out a cartridge. I don't have a lot of time to be going back and forth all I wanted was an exchange. If he would've done it I was gonna buy another one as a back up and a handful of cartridges. There loss. Plus I was there another time and the little short girl rolled her eyes when I asked for rolling papers they ran out of I just thought she was having a bad day I guess she is just naturally rude.

Jake their juice -tender showed great customer service. Answered many of my questions showing his knowledge of The Vapor Shop products. And I had many... I can be picky especially when their is such a wide variety of juice flavor a out there, but he nailed it. It's obvious The Vapor Shop carries only the best quality products. Also bought an extra sub tank that I just couldn't find anywhere. And they gave me and my fellow Vet a discount. If you're a Vet or just in need of some great vape products I recommend The Vapor Shop LA. Thanks guys!
