Man... this is by FAR the best service center I've worked with. Mostafa is the best! I've had a few terrible experiences, primarily at the Torrance service center. When I came here, Mostafa listened, took tons of extra time to work with me, reached out in times when he definitely wasn't working to go the extra mile. Incredibly happy with the help the Santa Monica location has provided thus far, and especially Mostafa!

Took my car in for service 5 days after taking it for service. Car was there for 2 weeks. Mysteriously 2 of my rear tires had 3 screws in them each. The tires were fine the first time I took the car in 5 days before. Not one screw. Not two. But 3 in EACH TIRE. My car was vandalized. At first they didn’t want to take responsibility. But then they looked into the cars tire pressure logs and found out that the damage was done under their care. They called me, apologized and replaced my tires at good will. Thank you Dalen and the rest of the tesla team!!

I’d recommend using a different service center. I’ve taken my car in here multiple times, only to bring it back for them to try fixing it again. They also lost my car once and I couldn’t get it back for about 4 days. And one time they parked it under a leaking sewage pipe so when I got it back, I had gross water marks all over my hood, and passenger side window and roof.

Over a month ago there was an attempted break-in through the rear window of my Tesla. I then had to wait a month for the glass to arrive at the Tesla center in Santa Monica. Had to drive around with a broken window for a month. My original appointment was March 1. That was then delayed to March 5 being a one day service for replacement of the glass. I was told it would be ready later in the day. No one contacted me or communicated with me. The app stated that my car would be ready at the end of the month, March 30th. Attempts to talk to anyone at the center was unsuccessful. I finally reached a representative who also had difficulty contacting the center. I finally got my car the following day. Having a great car with poor service is a bad combination

Ooopppss! you got there! I need to talk with my client about. but tomorrow.
You can call Tesla’s customer service number and wait to for an automated system to show you how, but the fastest way is to submit a request is via your Tesla app. Appointments are booked pretty far out right now, so do it asap
For any urgent safety issues, take your car directly to a Service Center instead of waiting for the next available appointment. They will find a way to squeeze you in.
