Being a healthcare employee these days is extremely hard, but the employees at Waterman make it look easy. Thank you to everyone who took care of my grandmother after her hip surgery. They made her feel so comfortable and welcome. The facility was also very clean and well kept. Additionally, I can't begin to tell you how grateful we are to the rehab staff for constantly encouraging her to get up and do her physical therapy. They are miracle workers! High recommend this facility!

My name is Norma Cendejas. I am a certified nurse assistant in Waterman Canyon Post Acute I feel like I’m in my own home everyone helps and I have very good communication and the staff here we work very hard and they appreciate our hard work by giving us bonuses, food, and a good work environment. I am very happy to be working here

I don't understand how this facility can tell a family that their loved ones are being taken care of. We could never get thru to the nurse because they were always busy. He got neglected by the nurses and staff there. He was threatened and when he attempted to tell my mom over the phone they took his phone away. He stated someone kept threatening him verbally. We also later found out they were investigating an incident of someone throwing a water bottle at him. Nurse was clueless as to if he had ate or drank water. She stated she didn't know he didn't move. He was clearly unconscious and they didn't pay attention to that. had to take matters into my own hands and now my father is in the ICU intubated fighting for his life. Do better , be better. These nurses don't deserve to be called nurses when they have no compassion for their patients.

The original entrance was on Waterman. It was changed years ago.
You have to call waterman canyon talk to administration make sure you are vaccinated bring your card and set an appt up. If patient is in a wc they should be able to come outside if he's bound ask about video contact.

Well behaved dogs can visit residents in the outdoor courtyard. Proof of current vaccinations also required - hope this answers your questions :)
There are none..it's come an go as you please for non resident.
Depending on the person in question I would recommend you call and ask to speak with someone in the administration office.
