I was wrongfully terminated today from the security team... I had been a guard there throughout the construction faze of the project. They used me to work numerous 12 hour shifts no days off for the past 4 to 5 weeks straight... At times I was not even given my breaks or lunch period which is required by state law... today I was held over on a 16 hour shift and when I called over the radio for relief no one responded... I was forced to leave my post unattended due to lack of being able to stay awake... 5 hours later I received a text from Manager Raymond who appeared to be understanding to my situation but in the end I was told not to return to post... The truth of the matter is, I spoke up for myself and I guess you can't speak up against a powerhouse company such as Amazon. Labor laws were broken,and yet I'm the one out of work LOL funny right...
