Several weeks, and I'm still waiting for them to call me back to set up my appointment. I wanted to go back, because I had positive experiences with the technicians there.

The staff was super polite and the mammogram was quick and painless. I was nervous but the technicians were calming and helpful. They even did my ultrasound the same day, I was scheduled to come back for the ultrasound in 5 days, but did not have to.....Great experience !!!!!!!!

I had a great experience with the staff and technicians at Palm Imaging. My doctor kept placing incorrect orders, there was a problem with my authorization, and was sent erroneously to another imaging center... but the Palm Imaging staff helped me to resolve all these issues. Once my tests were completed, I walked in and received a copy of my images on CD and a paper report within 10 minutes. Excellent and no fuss! Thank you so much!!!

Regarding Palm Imaging: Beg, Beg, Beg your doctor to send you somewhere else for imaging procedures. My wife was asked to arrive at 12 noon for a 1 pm CT Scan. She walked up to the window and was told to sign in and have a seat. At 12:10 I went up to the receptionist and asked her how long contrast needs to be in a person’s body before a CT Scan. She looked puzzled and said “they” would call us shortly. 4 patients came in after us and not 1 had to sign in. They were helped immediately. At 12:30 I saw the receptionist finally reach for the clipboard of sign-in names and she looked up and called my wife up. She said, while waving her hands, “I’m sorry, I ...............” She handed my wife a bunch of papers and a clipboard. My wife finished the paperwork and finally at 1:12 a tech came for my wife. The CT Scan went well. Then, we waited for a disc per the request of my wife’s physician as she was having surgery the very next morning. When we arrived at home we inserted the disc into our laptop and the disc was blank! Wow! She called Palm Imaging at 3 pm and was told “we will get it ready right now.” I went back and inquired about the disc and at least 5 ladies in that office had no idea about the disc. At 3:40 pm a lady handed me the disc and said “sorry about that, have a nice day.” I hate to think what the doctor’s reaction would have been the next morning looking at a blank disc.
