Great cars, awesome service! Staff wears many hats so things take a little longer, patience is a virtue. If short on time, pay 2x+ and go to ONT for pick and go. If you want to save a significant amount of money with a slight inconvenience, can't beat this location.

I reserved a vehicle under the Manager's Special. When the staff was pulling up my reservation, I didn't realize which vehicle they were putting me in. My experience has always been on a more personal level. I've been a regular for over 10 years. The reason I kept going back was because of the phenomenal service the staff gave. This time was so different. The lady who assisted me was very nice, as was a lot of the staff there. There was a gentleman who seemed irritated, going in and out of the office, the whole time I was getting checked out. Once I signed every thing and was handed the key, the lady told me where the vehicle was. Never once offered to walk out with me. I thought, they're that busy, no problem. I walked towards my rental and realized it was a monster. Lol. Large SUV, seats 7, and I'm the only one who would be in it 95% of the time. What in the world?! So I went back in and asked if they could put me in something smaller, the manager (I eventually realized was the irritated one) told me that that was the manager's special and if I wanted something smaller he would charge me for it. I told him I don't need anything that big (I was driving to Arizona, that day). He went on, in a stern voice, "what car do you want? Pick a car and I will change it and have to charge you for the change." Wow! Great customer service sir! He then told me the only other vehicle that was available as a manager special was the white truck. I turned around looking for a white truck (heard a giggle from the staff member) and only saw a commercial type truck. Silly me for expecting great customer service! I eventually went forward with that rental. He tried to sell me gasoline, I eventually told him no thank you. I can gas up cheaper in Arizona. I don't know what his deal was that day, I hope he's had better days since. A good chance I will take my business elsewhere after that experience.

Horrible service, made me wait 40min for them to tell me that they don’t have a car for me even tho I had called earlier and they rushed me to come before they closed. Morris was very inattentive he literally made me wait until they closed for me to not get service. Very unprofessional

So disappointed! This place is absolutely terrible! We come here for the convenience/location proximity to our home, and have been screwed one too many times. 1) Very rarely will you ever get anyone to answer the phone! 2) When you confirm a price/car ON THE PHONE and drive over, the car with the agreed upon price suddenly isn't available even though the conversation and arrival took place in less than an hour. They're busy, but not that busy! 3) When you make a reservation online, it's still not guaranteed that the car/price will be there. Your only option will be to get a more expensive car or get a refund which is beyond aggravating. Especially when time, cost, and plans are already set and in motion. 4) they DO NOT HAVE A KEY DROP OFF BOX or spare keys to open their cars if you lock the keys inside to drop off early. You will have to drop the car off during their hours of operation. 5) There are NO PUBLIC restrooms so if your child has to go you're out of luck. No exceptions! 6) There's not enough public seating inside. Only one small bench and it is sweltering outside. 7) Expect a long weight. It takes a long time to get all the paperwork in order as well as the car prepared/checked. Basically, to say that this Hertz facility is inadequate is an understatement. I highly encourage you to go elsewhere. I know we will.
