If you want someone to chase you for fake reviews and then get charged every month since canceled the subscription for double what you been charged for then go ahead and try this place. I do NOT recommend this location at all and neither the horrible customer experience that iv experienced. I honestly was not gonna review anything till i saw additional charges to my bank without my consent. Should i talk even more about how the car comes out still dirty? Stay away from them

Professional clean and friendly. I always get compliments on my clean and shiny Jeep. The shine lasts for a nice while. I have the unlimited package. Quick and easy, love it!

I bring my car here almost once a week praying the wash would get better. The attention to detail is pathetic. Pre wash they only soak one side of the car. The “tire shine” is a joke. One guy drying the car. When I got back home the water marks were everywhere!! And the tires look dry af! Honestly go to hog wash in parsippany and save yourself the headache. Trax is trash. I rather wait for it to rain and wash it myself.

In Texas and Florida vacuuming is Free. Didn't like that you had to pay for your vacuuming unless you purchase the premium wash. I did like you can buy monthly unlimited wash packages starting at 20 dollars . I wonder if you still have to.purchase vacuuming with the monthly purchase. We do it separately because not everyone wants to vacuum every time. The Works monthly package comes with free vacuuming. If you liked the service please change this to 5 stars. Thank you! I've been there before and to my understanding it's exterior wash only. Also if your car came out dirty then that means your car was very dirty to begin with. I wash my car once a week and when I was there my car came out spotless. You might need to go to a hand car wash not a express exterior car wash or wash your car more often and don't let the dirt build up on it and expect an express exterior car wash to give you hand car wash quality.
