I was supposed to get 2nd opinion for spinal surgery. I brought disc's for the Dr to look at. Receptionist acted like I was intruding and was short and rude. When finally saw a PA (was very nice and attentive) she said would need to give her impression to the neurologist. When called in he was basically saying he could only do nerve conductive testing and he was not a surgeon so not able to give 2nd opinion. TOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME. The referral stated was for 2nd surgical opinion. When got ready to leave, front office could NOT find my medical imaging disc's and Receptionist kept saying I never gave them to her. ...beware...

My Primary doctor referred to Dr Ibrahim so I made appointment though phone with interpreter but the office with Doctor refused to provide an interpreter for my visit to communicate about my health issues neurologically. i called my advocate agency to reprimand that ADA act by law must provide equal accessible services. Before I came to this facility I was being told negative things from this neurologist, ( staff is rude, they’realways serious not polite at ext...) but me personally needed to see one since my seizures were getting bad I needed to see one soon. I decided to go either way and when I got there before I went inside the office I told myself “ Be prepared for when you go in don’t expect nothing nice from the front desk I’m just needing to see the Doctor and I should be fine” since I was told they were rude, I was just making sure I wouldn’t expect something nice from them as long as they would do what needed to be done I would be fine. As soon as I walk in I was being welcomed and I they were asked for my Insurance they were saying it in a polite way! Then in that moment I was like what??🤷🏻‍♀️ What’s going on here, I was expecting all the opposite of how I was being attended 💗 There is times that I have had to wait a little longer then usual, but it’s common sense it’s not like only this facility would take long to see patients a lot of Dr.s appointments take a while to call you back yes you have to check in on time that way they keep track of whose coming or not I am happy 😊 of deciding to come here and not having to pay attention to all other people’s opinions!! I recommend them, to me every one of us have different experiences in every place just like eating at restaurants not every person have the same taste and it’s better to give them a try first and then decide whether this place is for you or not😁 many blessings to everyone 🤗🤗

The doctors here really know what they're doing and they're really great they give you 100% of their attention and as you walk in the front office are greet you with a smile very good Service keep up the good job
