Very disappointed. The staff is very nice but... The facility is old and outdated. There's no way they can be following HIPAA regulations due to the lack of privacy. Plus, 60 days after I visited I received a bill for more than 10 times the original amount because Quest 'Corporate' decided I was billed incorrectly while at the facility. I definitely won't be returning.

I was scheduled for an appointment at 8:30. I had made the appointment online and had to wait 2 weeks because they were so busy. I arrived And a sign was on the door Closed until further notice. I was not called or emailed. Very frustrating. I know it must be hard to staff the locations but very aggravating experience.

I went in for a walk-in drug test for my new job and the lady working told me she had a packed schedule but was able to squeeze me in between clients and that meant a lot to me. I am glad they worked with me!
