They over price games and systems that are used. Their club membership is a little ridiculous considering my daughter hasn't received her magazines in months. The store is ok. It is clean. The employees are, for the most part, friendly.

Grandparent bought a xbox code for my son for Christmas. When we got the gift and tried to put code in, the code was unreadable for every digit. Like the toner or printer was not working correctly. When we went to game stop they wouldn’t fix it. Since it was just over 30 days. Told us to call corporate. Corporate told us that they cant do anything about it since it came from the store. The store is a joke. They cant stand behind something you messed up. I will never do business at game stop again now.

No wonder GameStop is going out of business, wouldn't accept an Xbox One S for trade in because I deleted my account off of it... Asked for my stuff back, drove 2 minutes down the road to Tournament City Games and they accepted it immediately for 20% more I would've received at GameStop. Don't waste your time and just go elsewhere, its not worth it

I don't know that they would take parts to a ps4 but they may take the console itself, if not. There are other local places that will.
