Safe, secure storage in an easily accessible area. Price is fair, and all units have garage door access. Not climate-controlled, but the units don't seem to experience seriously extreme temperature changes, so even old vinyl records didn't warp in 100° outdoor temperatures. Some larger units have doors at each end for ease of access.
