Honestly, just read the review left by Miss Ciani Morris and notice the the unlined arrogant response comment left by the law firm, that alone is evident enough to take your case else where. I've had similar experience with them also and its been since jan-march that I wanted to settle and here we are in August a month shy of the accident date and I only get "We'll call you with an update" and they never call. This is my 4th lawsuit ever in 35yrs and Im 53. I have never ever had this experience with Allen Rothenberg or Alex Castillo just to name 2. I regret trying another firm, Big Big mistake. Lets look at you track record of disappointed clients compared to other firms not your successes. Check the reviews people. Well I'll be settling in about 2 more years after this 😆 it doesn't matter at this point. If I can help someone avoid the stress, aggravation and disappointment then thats priceless.

If I could would give them no stars..my case has been settled a year and a half ago all my doctors bills has been paid they told me for a whole year my check is on the supervisors desk just waiting to be signed..still haven't received my check now I have to file a complaint against them ..beware don't not use the

If i could rate minus 5 stars...just rusty nails! This is the worst customer service ive ever experienced. This firm has been noncompliant w following up. They keep changing out the paralegals. Ive been through 5 that i can count in the course of a year. They call me from unk #s so it gets flagged as spam likely. I asked for email communicaes only...so they went zero-dark-thirty on me. They lost important dox and when i re-sent them with tracking they still won't send an email co firmation that they received
