Their attitude towards new intake seems to have changed drastically since the very first time my family reached out to them. The first time went ok (hence the two stars) but in a span of 7 years they've changed. They don't seem to bother to call back if they feel your reason for opening a case isn't worth it. Tried them 3 times for 3 different cases and I'm not annoyed that they didn't pick up 2 of the case, I'm annoyed because 1. Front desk did not display office/telephone etiquette 2. Didn't bother to call back, like front desk said they always do whether they take the case or not; it's called common courtesy. But what works for you may not work for me.
