We initially received a notification from a another lawyers office about a dog bite that our labradoodle committed. The delivery lady placed her hand inside our house (without a invite to) and our dog (who I had under control) nipped her. She is now claiming all sorts of damage and we needed advice as soon as possible. That night (like 9pm) we called Jeff for advice and he answered automatically and we had a discussion he provided sound advice we reached out to our homeowners insurance to handle the situation. However, things are never that easy, we are having issues again due to the fact that our homeowners insurance isn't helping helping us instead their destroying us. And the sad part is we have video to prove the situation where our dog was barking as the lady was approaching the house, where he was barking while opening the door and she continued to not take red flags and trespass inside the doorway. But, we called Jeff again and he provided a step by step solution. He is truly the lawyer you need for sound advice.
