On Sat April 2nd I stopped to purchase a blood pressure monitor for my neighbor. Unfortunately no one was available to assist. The lady waiting said the girl was by herself. After waiting for 10 min I decided to leave. Then the customer waiting said the girl was available to help. I returned n asked if she had a blood pressure monitor. She did n as I was buying it I asked about their return policy, since it was not for me. She said she did not know, n since she was by herself there was no one she could ask. I bought the monitor only to find out when I took it to my neighbor her daughter had bought one. Since I work during the week n off on Friday I called this morning only to find out there is a three day return policy. There was nothing posted in the store nor was the girl working aware of the policy. The man I spoke to was adamant about not refunding my money. Worst business I ever dealt with.

Employees were nice, Rey was very helpful and patient, even though I got here as they were closing, they still help me out. Getting the vaccine didn’t take long at all, obviously, in less than 1 minute I had the vaccine and I was out of there. It took me longer to check in lol Place is nice, they need more supplies because it does look at little empty, and they can clean up a little bit more but overall, I like this little pharmacy. Thank you Medicine Shoppe!

This pharmacy is great. The wait time if super short. Always ready to help you. We started having his pharmacy as our primary one several years now and will never go back to another. They have a delivery service that is just amazing. The staff is absolutely helpful and super friendly.

I am very pleased and satisfied with the medicine shoppe pharmacy. I don't really understand why there are so many bad reviews but people should be aware of when their medicines are being filled and whether they want them to be delivered instead of blaming these hardworking pharmacists technicians for their own faults in not being responsible with their own medications. I transferred to this pharmacy two years ago and have not looked back since and they are a pretty good distance from my home but its well worth their high standard of service. The techs are very nice,professional and polite to the highest of extent, specifically ray, he is the nicest person to work with when it comes to filling my prescriptions, many times he goes out of his way to fix insurance errors or any unfortunate circumstance. I reccomend ray and the medicine shoppe to anyone looking for a good pharmacy. I give this pharmacy A+ ,you cannot compare to any other especially with courteous and professional people such as ray, its people like him that really make it the great experience that it is. I love their delivery service, always prompt and i have never had problems with my deliveries either. I just want to say thank you to ray and the staff. Sincerely, George
