While convenient this store has issues. I always get shocked, the produce is only good once in awhile, lots of mildew on produce, and very limited selection of products for the most part. One good thing; the staff is always friendly though. I have shopped here 30 years and it just keeps going down hill.

The food served here was really good! Not a lot of cashiers but over all pretty good. It was kind of hard to find the bathroom because it was near the storage area.

I like the Willits Safeway. The employees are always friendly, helpful, and professional. My only complaint is that sometimes they dont have items in stock. It is a real bummer when I redeem my rewards online for an item, but then I get to the store and they just have empty shelves where my item is supposed to be.

I grew up with this store and it has always had the longest lines and waits of any Safeway I have ever been to. Dont even try to get a deli sandwich and if you do, watch them or they will get it wrong nearly every time. It's always a disappointment.
