The worst customer service ever! Had to wait too long in line before she can take my order. While waiting, another customer arrived and quickly serve him first before me, knowing I've been waiting patiently in line. After I placed my order, the bad server, quickly served the customer after me what a coincidence right? No! She purposely made me wait for some reason and I don't wanna get into that. Bad service!!

I come to this restaurant all the time. Never really experience anything bad, besides some rudeness when the lady work upfront. But today, I order from door dash for the first time. I made my order and it was confirmed. About 5 mins later I received a call from the restaurant that they didn't have one of the items. So they wanted to sub it out for something else. I didn't want anything else so I asked to cancel that item and proceed with the order. I contacted door dash and let them know i need to be refunded for that item. 15 mins later received call from the doordasher, he was rude also. He told me they wasn't making my food. Ok. So I called the restaurant and that lady said, Because you didn't sub the item, we cancelled the order. What!???? I told the lady you didn't say you was canceling the whole order because you didnt have the item available. Why have it on the menu. She hung the phone up on me. Just Rude. I wont be going back. I will going up the street to Judy's Grill.

Came here because I was craving Jamaican and saw they had vegetarian options. I ordered their jerk tofu with rice and peas as well as a side of mac and cheese. Mac and cheese was flavorless and barely had any cheese. Jerk tofu was not what I had expected. It was extremely spicy and lacked flavor. Most other Jamaican spots include cabbage and/or plantains with their platters but here you have to pay for those sides. I couldn’t even finish my meal.. 🤮

Great customer service! They go the extra mile. Love this place when they opened but now they have upgraded. Since the pandemic, the dining area is now zoned off, there is a lounge room and a side shop for just small item commodities. The counter area is redesigned and looks good. Customer waiting is minimal, timely, efficient. The only thing more I wish is that I could get to the shop easier on the phone. Sometimes it can be busy and not easy to get someone. However, walk up service is fast and you’ll walk out with another island delight. :-)
