It seems the elevators or escalators are always out of service and any MTA service is spotty at best and always dirty.

On my BIRTHDAY I am in ER.. but they moving fast got one NASTY nurse that took my vitals other then that doctors were nice BATHROOM clean ER not jam with people.. an bout to leave.. in out FAST
