Had to leave a review telling you all that I highly recommend Caliber Collision I never been to a shop especially for my car so it was something new for me. They help me during the whole process was getting updates everyday to see how my car was going got it within a week. Seriously my car look like new like nothing had happen to it in the accident. Don’t think twice of going here you’ll be very satisfied ask for Javier. Also they called for my rental and also help me return it too one thing I didn’t have to worry about. Excellent customer service. The front office ladies and my representative Javier took good care of me. I received frequent txt message updates. My vehicle was delivered when promised and they left it looking like new. I wouldn't trust my vehicle to no other collision repair shop. Highly recommended. Never experienced better service at a repair shop.

Absolutely the best collision center that I ever had to deal with. You can't go wrong with them. From the moment you enter the building, you are greeted by their receptionist, what a great customer service. My service provider, Jose Piche, called me every single day to provide an update to my SUV. I knew exactly what they were going to do each day by him letting me know. They get my 5-Star for sure and thank you USAA for recommending them. Oh by the way, my SUV looks amazing!

Caliber Collision has provided me with a concise, communicative, and efficiently superb repair process that I have yet to receive from any other leader in the collision repair industry. I brought my car in for body, electrical, and trim work and Caliber Collision gave a reoccurring status update for each step of the way. It only took 3 days to finish which was accurate with the estimated timeframe I was told.
