I live here and there are too many roaches running around. But overall its a nice place. The kids are nice and help me a lot. They all get along to. I just don't like the roaches. Thats it.

I never lived in these apartments but from what I seen as a potential tenant trying to get in, These Apartments Are Nice Peaceful and Very Well Kept, they called me to let me know that they had an opening but it was 2 weeks after I moved in my apartment about 3 years ago August of 2017. I'm planning on moving again this coming August 2020 so I hope they have a 3 bedroom Available because I'd love to live Here, The Price is Very Reasonable and the Neighbor Hood Is Great ,🙋🏾‍♀️💯💯💯✊✋👌🤜🤛👍👍👍👍👐

I have a family member renting there Yesterday she went to ask for a application they told her that I need to go in person to pickup and there were 12 applications already in I go today they told me that is a 100% full no application neither on waiting list . I also heard that one of the ladies in charge is giving her friends priorities to get in 🤔

So today I went in because I finally got a call from the manager at Casablanca apartments I was so happy. But when I got there she wanted my deposit and the money for the credit check that was fine. But then I asked if I can see the apartment it wasn't available she didn't know when they were moving out. I asked if I could see the ground she denied me entry. I mean I need to see something if I'm putting money down. I was torn I really wanted to live at Casablanca apartments so I went to get the money order so I called back and her assistant was really rude she wouldn't let me speak to the manager. I explained that I need to see something because I was going to put money down and they didn't know when the apartment was going to be ready and that if I gave my apartment manager a 30 day notice and the apartment wasn't ready where would I go or do she said very bluntly "well you came to us to find housing". I was like yes I did but you don't have your stuff together and she told me that i didn't have my stuff together and that I still needed to give my 30 day notice. I didn't go back. I don't feel like I deserved to be spoken down to like that I'm low income that's why I went there. I would understand if I came at her rude but every time I called she had attitude and was like you didn't speak to me. I don't recommend anyone to these apartments they aren't professional the price is great but I guess you get what you pay for.
