I’ve loved living at the cape ! Very quiet community (i love that) . Absolutely love the manager Vanessa!! She’s the sweetest and most professional. Always smiling and was never rude .Anything i asked of her she took care of it right away ! Oh and Raul the maintenance man , he’s awesome . Always available , comes through and fixed what i needed right away .

Nice community to live, management is great but there's a couple downfalls that ruin it. #1 mold was painted over in the bathroom because it keeps seeping thru & no matter how much u bleach it, it comes back #2 when u 1st move in your apartment looks nice & new then after time u realize they painted the bathtub because the paint starts peeling & looking horrible #3 the walls are so thin u can literally hear your neighbor snore among everything else & your upstairs neighbors sounds like their gonna fall thru the floor. When u come home from work u need peace, not hearing the next door neighbor television like its playing in your bedroom! And its not their fault its just that the wall are SUPER thin!! I don't understand how they can be so thin & had passed inspection! I'm baffled by that! Ive never lived somewhere that the neighbors might as well be laying next to u🤦🏾♀ & I'm not over exaggerating either its weird!! #4 the water, trash & sewer bill constantly goes up & the plumbing sucks!! If it weren't for those things it would be a five star property!!! One thing I can say is that Pedro does his job great, anything broken he gets right on it!

This is more about my experience with the process of applying. I applied and didn’t hear back from anyone for weeks, then once I finally got to talk to someone I was told some issues happened on their end and that they were going to place a refund because the issue was their fault. In the end I did not get a refund, called multiple times to ask for updates and received the same answer “we’ll get back to you” granted the worker in the front desk was kind when I talked to her but in the end I just gave up and I would just say be cautious when applying with them.
