Sorry no Central Air. Each unit has 2 through the wall air units which heat and cool approximately up to 550 square feet. One located in the living room and 1 located in the bedroom that is over 1000 square feet of heat and cool. All of our units are 1 bedroom at approximately 552 square feet.

No security. The units have 2 through the wall air/heat units. One located in the bedroom and 1 in the living room.
Washer & dryers are located downstairs in the lobby.
No hook-ups as Ms. Brueckner has said, but we do have a laundry room located on the first floor in the lobby area.
