Place is in a super busy area on Manhattan. Would not recommend to a family, but would maybe recommend to a college student or young couple. Lost our family car, and almost lost our family dog to a random stray dog that wandered on the complex after having to move here after what we lost in the last hurricane. Dog situations like that happen every day I know, but really would recommend a gate for front entrance to make it more family oriented. Maintenance guys are nice, and a few office ladies. Really hope they can rebuild into a good status, like it seems like they are trying to. A more secure entrance way is what I would recommend. I do think that they have the potential to try and build a better community here. I do hope that they are able to achieve that, even if it's after we move on when our lease is up. The Greater New Orleans area needs more places that try like this one, bc I've seen worse in other areas we had to look at after Hurricane Ida. Wish them all the best to continue to try and build the community that they are striving for.

Unpleasant experience with this building. The people in charge of making the contracts are very irresponsible! They don't care if you stay there or go somewhere else! And worst of all, they keep the money from the app and in the end you can't do anything. I don't recommend anyone to stay in these apartments because if you have problems to enter, for everything else too!!
